Micro-stress attends the eleventh International Conference on Residual Stresses (ICRS 11)

Micro-stress members participate in the eleventh International Conference on Residual Stresses held in Nancy last March with the attached poster presentation on a new work entitled: “Genetic Programming and FEM simulation for a microscopic residual stress description in polycrystals using neutron diffraction and EBSD data”.

ABSys organizes the EvoStar 2022 conference

The ABSys research group will organize the EvoStar 2022 conference to be held from April 20 to 22 at the Faculty of Computer Science of the Complutense University of Madrid. New article published in the journal “Sensors”.

The article “Ensemble Models of Cutting-Edge Deep Neural Networks for Blood Glucose Prediction in Patients with Diabetes” has been published in the journal Sensors. The authors are Félix Tena, Oscar Garnica, Juan Lanchares and Jose Ignacio Hidalgo from the ABSys research group. More details can be found in the publications section.

New Beamtime Application at the FLNP’s FSD Instrument, in Dubna (Russia)

The Micro-stress Group has just prepared a new proposal for a new Neutron Diffraction experiment on the Fourier-Stress-Diffractometer (FSD) instrument, belonging to the Frank Laboratory of Neutron Physics (FLNP) in Dubna, Russia. Two new papers published in the “Journal of Surface Investigation: X-ray, Synchrotron and Neutron Techniques”.

We announce the publication of two new papers by our team entitled: “Study of Microscopic Residual Stresses in an Extruded Aluminium Alloy after Thermal Treatment” and “Residual Stress Distribution after Quenching Treatment Obtained from Diffraction Experiments and Simulation by Finite Element Method”.
